Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — Several property developers, including PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA), PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON), and PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (SMRA), recorded solid marketing sales in Q3/2025, although performance varied across issuers.
According to data from Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia, CTRA booked pre-sales of IDR 7.6 trillion in the January–September 2025 period, down around 12% year-on-year (YoY). The figure also fell short of both Maybank Sekuritas’ and the company’s internal targets. On a quarterly basis, CTRA’s Q3 marketing sales weakened by 28% compared to the previous quarter.
