Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — The government’s decision to extend tax incentives for the property sector is expected to lift property-related stocks amid the ongoing decline in benchmark interest rates.
Under the policy, the government will continue to cover 100 percent of the value-added tax (VAT DTP) for homes priced up to IDR 5 billion until 2027.
