Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Indosat Tbk. (ISAT) is widely expected to reap both financial and strategic tailwinds from the development of its subsidiary FiberCo, a joint venture formed with Northstar Group and Arsari Group, the company owned by Hashim Djojohadikusumo.
Based on Bisnis’ records, FiberCo is a joint venture between Indosat, Northstar Group, and Arsari Group that manages a fiber optic network extending more than 86,000 kilometers. The total investment committed to establishing the entity reaches Rp14.6 trillion.
