Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is reviewing a plan to revise the calculation of minimum free float requirements for prospective issuers in initial public offerings (IPOs), shifting the basis from equity value to market capitalization.
IDX Director of Corporate Valuation I Gede Nyoman Yetna said the exchange will share details of the proposed adjustment to size classifications based on market capitalization with stakeholders to gather feedback before seeking formal approval.
